Netdrafter is one of over 250 companies nominated for the 2007 Small Business Awards. In a months time, the Loudoun Chamber’s Small Business Awards Committee will announce the finalists selected to compete in eight business categories.

Netdrafter was nominated in the Technology category, and was a finalist in the Home Based Business category last year.

On November 7 at the Hilton Washington Dulles Airport Hotel, the winners will be announced before a packed room of county business and community leaders at the Annual Gala Awards Dinner.

This is how Netdrafter protects data:

1. Automatic web server files backup – twice hourly, daily, and weekly. Disk filers take a “snapshot” of the entire file system. So let’s say a file is accidentally deleted – well, we can recover it. So if there is a “disk failure”, no worries – the disk can be replaced without any interruption in service. There are no extra fees for these web site back up services as it is part of our normal hosting plan.
