Available Positions
Web Developer/Support Team Member
Our dynamic Web Development firm is looking for a Web Developer/Support Team Member with a passion for creating quality web products and solving our clients' issues. The position is responsible for basic web markup programming and page build out as well as quickly resolving any site maintenance requests or technical support concerns of our clients.

Essential Skills/Functions:
  • 2+ years experience developing standards-based websites using clean, compliant, validated, and search engine friendly XHTML and CSS web code. (Hand coding only - no editors.)
  • Knowledge of current development trends, best practices and user-oriented design.
  • An understanding of compatibility issues across a variety of browsers and operating systems.
  • Customer support experience and great client service attitude.
  • Ability to work with existing code comfortably and quickly.
  • Desirable: Web design, layout, and digital graphic design experience.
  • Desirable: Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar graphic design software.
  • Desirable: Basic to intermediate knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
  • Desirable: Experience with Adobe Flash.
Web Programmer/Support Team Member
Our dynamic Web Development firm is looking for a Web Programmer/Support Team Member with a dedication to writing quality online applications and solving our clients' issues. The position is responsible for custom database and advanced programming, integration of existing programs as well as quickly resolving any site maintenance requests or technical support concerns of our clients.

Essential Skills/Functions:
  • Advanced knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
  • 2+ years experience developing database driven, e-commerce, and advanced web applications.
  • 2+ years experience developing standards-based websites using clean, compliant, validated, and search engine friendly XHTML and CSS web code. (Hand coding only - no editors.)
  • Knowledge of current development trends, best practices and user-oriented design.

Web Project Manager
Our dynamic Web Development firm is looking for an experienced Web Project Manager with a passion for directing a thorough web development process and working with our clients. The position will be responsible for managing the execution of web projects from conception through delivery. Specifically the project manager will perform/oversee: project scheduling, resource allocation, budget management, documentation and reporting, client and resource communications, and project delivery.

Essential Skills/Functions:
  • 2+ years experience managing technical projects from conception to completion.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects, resources and partners, schedules, and client accounts.
  • Fundamental understanding of web development, e-commerce, and the web as a marketing medium.
  • Ability to coordinate team members, supervise project tasks, and identify and address project issues.
  • Conduct initial client meetings (via email, phone, Internet collaboration, or in-person where possible) and project needs assessments.
  • Frequently report project status to client and Netdrafter leadership (via email, phone, Internet collaboration, or in-person where possible) throughout project.
  • Commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Capability of creating and maintaining written project plans, documentation, status reports, and related technical documents.

Web Graphic Designer
Our dynamic Web Development firm is seeking a Web Graphic Designer with a passion for creating high quality, custom graphic content for our clients' needs. The position is responsible for creating web design interface layouts and accompanying graphics.

Essential Skills/Functions:
  • 2+ years experience in web design, layout, and digital graphic design.
  • Ability to incorporate marketing strategy and business initiatives into creative projects.
  • Ability to direct project branding elements. (Fonts, styles, colors, imagery.)
  • Manage organization and delivery of digital project assets. (Native files, fonts, stock photography.)
  • Excellent attention to detail and project quality.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
  • Desirable: Branding or marketing experience.
  • Desirable: Experience with Adobe Flash.
Web Content Developer
Our dynamic Web Development firm is looking for a Web Content Developer with a passion for crafting words that tell a story and send a message. The position is responsible for handling the content needs of our clients, including: creation of new content, editing of existing content, writing for SEO, and developing email marketing campaign/blog verbiage. Additionally position will assist with writing for internal company needs, documentation, and communications.

Essential Skills/Functions:
  • 2+ years experience writing for the Web.
  • Craft original content, repurpose print content for the web, or edit existing content.
  • Ability to produce scanable, web-friendly content that connects with specific audiences.
  • Technical writing as well as creative writing styles.
  • Ability to write and adapt content for search engine recognition.
  • Product text for email marketing campaigns and blog use.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office program suite and ability to learn and use firm-standard software.

Virtual Assistant
Our dynamic Web Development firm is looking for a Virtual Assistant with a passion for organization, effective communication, and problem solving. The position is responsible performing the standard duties of a virtual administrative assistant as well as specific functions to support our small IT firm.

Essential Skills/Functions:
  • 2+ years experience in office support, administration, or related area.
  • Customer support experience and great client service attitude.
  • Answer and screen incoming communications (phone, email, fax, live support from web site) with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Effectively communicate with resources, partners, clients, and Netdrafter leadership.
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, record keeping, file management, and asset organization.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, travel, and events.
  • Process billing and time reports.
